Announcing the new brand look of DICERA Holdings

On June 16, DIC Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company officially announced its new brand name, DICERA Holdings Joint Stock Company (DICERA Holdings), marking a strategic shift after more than three decades of development.

Established in 1994 with the original name of Construction Materials Trading Enterprise under the Construction Investment and Tourism Services Company, now DIC Group with the initial function and mission of trading commercial materials. During the 30-year journey of construction and development, DIC Holdings has built a strong reputation in the market.

Company leaders attended the ceremony to announce the new brand name under the name DICERA Holdings Joint Stock Company (DICERA Holdings).

The year 2025 officially marks an important milestone with the birth of the DICERA Holdings brand. “DIC” inherits the core values from DIC - a symbol of prestige, experience and a solid foundation that has been forged for more than 30 years.

“ERA” suggests a new era - where aspiration, innovation and pioneering spirit lead the way. At the same time, DICERA is an acronym for six strategic areas: Development - Investment - Construction - Energy - Real estate - Assets Management, reflecting a comprehensive vision and commitment to creating a strong and sustainable development ecosystem in the era of growth.

Mr. Le Dinh Thang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, introduced the meaning of the DICERA Holdings brand.

The DICERA logo is designed simply but contains many meanings: it is the crystallization of sustainable construction thinking, development together and the desire to reach high, it is the unification of core fields of operation, the harmonious interplay between earth and sky, and at the same time evokes the image of a warm home - the origin of happiness, settlement and prosperous development.

With the new brand, DICERA Holdings is still determined to maintain three unchanging standards in construction: "Accurate progress - Standard quality - Safe construction".
