The Voice of Vietnam (VOV) has just received the copyright of 300 children's songs by musician Nguyen Van Chung, opening up opportunities for the songs to be broadcast on national radio, reaching millions of young listeners across the country.
Musician Nguyen Van Chung started writing children's songs in 2012 and in about 8 years has composed more than 300 songs with many different themes, related to each stage of children's growth.
The musician donated the copyright of 300 songs to Voice of Vietnam with the belief that VOV has very meaningful children's programs, such as storytelling programs, music programs or columns dedicated to children.
“I am just a musician, I can write music, but to reach many children with these melodies, it requires the cooperation of many people, especially a large media agency like VOV. I hope that with the spread of the station, these songs will become spiritual gifts to nourish the soul, creating a beautiful childhood for children,” the musician shared.

Mr. Pham Manh Hung, Deputy General Director of Voice of Vietnam, said that with the advantage of being a national media agency, possessing modern digital infrastructure and many channels and programs for children, VOV will effectively exploit this valuable source of songs.
“Through radio programs, digital platforms and our team of singers, we will bring these songs closer to children across the country. This is how VOV continues to enrich the musical life, bringing children pure and healthy spiritual food,” said Mr. Pham Manh Hung./.
Musician Nguyen Van Chung also released the book “Continuing the story of peace” to recount his creative journey, musical inspiration and aspiration to bring the message of peace and humanity closer to the public, especially the young generation.
The publication marks a creative turning point when Nguyen Van Chung not only tells the story through music but also through words, memories and images. In particular, this is a multimedia integrated book, allowing readers to have a comprehensive experience through reading stories, viewing illustrations, listening to music and watching videos shared by the author using QR codes. The journey in the book recreates the stages of maturity - from childhood, school, friendship, first love, to family and maturity - like a melody of memories and aspirations.
The book was introduced at the exhibition space "80 years of Vietnamese Voice accompanying the country" within the framework of the exhibition "80 years of the Journey of Independence-Freedom-Happiness."
