At the Departmentof Education and Training of Vinh Long province, a representative of the Nhan Dan Newspaper Office presented 4,000 copies of the Nhan Dan Newspaper supplement about Hanoi Flag Tower to students of all levels in the province.
Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Vinh Long province, Nguyen Thi Ngoc Bich, was very excited to receive the supplement from Nhan Dan Newspaper. According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Bich, the province has 8 Departments of Education and Training in districts, towns and cities. The Department will soon deploy to all departments and distribute to schools and education levels in the province as soon as possible.

The remaining 500 copies of Nhan Dan Newspaper's supplement about Hanoi Flag Tower are distributed for free at the Vinh Long City Post Office newsstand, Vinh Long province.
