According to reports, Vinaphone's mobile service has encountered problems in many different areas in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, it is unclear how many areas this problem affects users.
On the official fanpage of Vinaphone network and many other technology groups on Facebook, many users are also reporting similar issues.
The common situation is that the phone loses signal, or cannot make calls, send messages or access the Internet.
Speaking to Dan Tri reporter, a representative of Vinaphone network said that at noon on June 14, VinaPhone network had a technical problem, which interrupted customer communication in some areas.
"Currently, VinaPhone's technical team is urgently handling the problem and it is gradually being resolved. VinaPhone sincerely apologizes to customers for this inconvenience and hopes to receive your understanding and sharing," the network representative shared.
