An Giang Provincial People's Procuracy appoints head, deputy head of department and equivalent positions

On July 1, 2025, An Giang Provincial People's Procuracy held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to appoint the head of department, deputy head of department and equivalent positions, along with the decision to appoint accountants of the two-level People's Procuracy.

At the ceremony, the An Giang Provincial People's Procuracy announced and awarded the decision to appoint 8 department heads, Chief Inspector and Chief of Office, 16 deputy department heads, 4 Deputy Chief Inspectors and 4 Deputy Chiefs of Office of the Provincial People's Procuracy; decided to appoint accountants of the two-level People's Procuracy, and at the same time announced the decision to retire early for 16 comrades according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP; accountants of the Provincial People's Procuracy and 15 regional People's Procuracies.

This is an important step to improve the quality of staff, meet the requirements of judicial reform, and build an increasingly clean and strong prosecution sector.

In his speech, Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Phuc, Director of the People's Procuracy of An Giang province acknowledged and highly appreciated the important contributions of the comrades who retired early, and congratulated and assigned tasks to the newly appointed comrades.

Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Phuc emphasized: “This personnel restructuring is an inevitable requirement to meet the goal of building a team of cadres with sufficient qualities, capacity, prestige, and equal to the tasks in the new period. Each cadre needs to continue to practice political mettle, enhance their sense of responsibility, maintain discipline, and perform well the function of practicing the right to prosecute and supervise judicial activities, contributing to protecting the law, protecting human rights, civil rights, and protecting the socialist regime.”
