Recently, many people have reported that some private clinics and medical facilities have names similar to Bach Mai Hospital to advertise, approach patients and make illegal profits. However, Bach Mai Hospital confirmed that it currently has only one address at 78 Giai Phong, Kim Lien Ward, Hanoi.

Bach Mai Hospital also noted that many medical facilities have named themselves similarly or intentionally incorporated the word "Bach Mai" into their names such as: "Bach Mai General Clinic", "Bach Mai Medical Examination Center, Facility 2", "Bach Mai Testing", "Bach Mai General Clinic II", ... some places even hang signs "affiliated with Bach Mai doctors" to gain people's trust.
