Why is the health sector always 'hot'?

At 2:30 p.m. on February 11, Thanh Nien Newspaper organized an online television consulting program Choosing a major for the future: "Hot" with the health sector.

In the draft circular amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Regulations on university and college admissions for preschooleducation , the Ministry of Education and Training plans to make adjustments to the entrance threshold for these two special training sectors.

Why do all majors need a common admission "floor", how is this regulation expected to change in 2025; will schools change anything in terms of admission methods, quotas, subject combinations, tuition fees, scholarships?...
