No matter how radiant a woman's beauty is, it will fade over time. However, there is one beauty that never fades – the beauty of intelligence, kindness, and a heart that lives for the community.

I am fortunate to work and learn under the guidance of Ms. Ngo Thi Le Hoa - Party Cell Secretary, Principal of Le Thanh Cong Secondary School. She is not only an exemplary teacher, a good manager but also a woman with modern beauty, full of courage and kindness.

Throughout her career, Ms. Hoa has always kept in mind: "Educators must not only teach words but also teach people." Therefore, she has always been a pioneer in volunteer activities, supporting students in difficult circumstances to excel in their studies. Especially in recent years, she has initiated the "Green Study Corner" program - where students in difficult circumstances are supported with desks, chairs, and learning tools recycled from environmentally friendly materials. This is a model with a dual meaning: both helping poor students and raising awareness of environmental protection for both teachers and students in the school.

She is the one who always preserves and promotes the spirit of "love others as you love yourself". She herself gives meaningful gifts to students in difficult circumstances with words of encouragement to give them the strength to overcome their circumstances and conquer their dreams in life . Every year, she launches a volunteer movement to sow seeds of love to orphaned and disadvantaged children. These activities seem very normal but are meaningful to less fortunate children.

Sow the way of loving life for colleagues

She used quotes promoting the teaching profession to inspire the team. Teachers do not work with a profession to make a living but with the heart of the teaching profession. Therefore, the school's teaching staff is recognized as teachers who live with their hearts.

With the principal's attention to renovating the facilities every year so that students have the best place to study and live, students always consider the school as their second home. They are conscious of keeping the school clean, creating green spaces for the classroom, and taking care of the trees in the school.

Le Thanh Cong Secondary School was established in 2017, but with the spirit of solidarity of the collective, the school has continuously achieved many successes over the years, creating trust in parents and pride in teachers and students. In the 2021 school year, she was honored to receive the Vo Truong Toan Award.
