Van Ninh trains E-Office software and KPI for cadres, civil servants and public employees

On the morning of June 27, the Standing Committee of Van Ninh District Party Committee organized a training conference on the use of document management and administration software (E-Office) and the Toolkit for measuring and evaluating work results and efficiency (KPI) for more than 200 officials, civil servants and public employees of the district.

At the conference, delegates were given an overview of KPIs; instructions on how to use the work lists; questions were answered; and instructions on how to directly use the Toolkit for measuring and evaluating work results and efficiency (KPI). After this conference, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee directed units to focus on deploying the application of E-Office software and the Toolkit for measuring and evaluating work results and efficiency (KPI) in practice to ensure that the new commune-level political system operates smoothly and effectively from July 1.
