Deputy Minister of Education and Training Pham Ngoc Thuong said that according to the roadmap, this year the Ministry will issue a pilot project for high school graduation exams on computers. It is expected that in 2027, the pilot will be organized in this form in qualified places.
Regarding the issue of marking exams after the merger of provinces and cities, Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong affirmed that the entire process will be strictly controlled. Each exam session and marking will have to be summarized immediately to promptly detect abnormalities, such as too many high scores or too many low scores.
At the same time, we affirm that, as in the spirit of the Literature graduation exam, every student in every province is a student of Vietnam. We adhere to the principles of 3 guarantees, 6 clarity, and are open, transparent, and in accordance with regulations.
At the press conference, Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong affirmed that this year's exam is the first year following the 2018 GeneralEducation Program and takes place in a special context, with the arrangement of two-level local governments.
The 2025 high school graduation exam has a large number of candidates, increasing to nearly 100,000 students. At this point, high or low scores, candidates have completed the exam. Regardless of the exam results, there are still many university and college doors waiting for candidates.
