Cam Lam District People's Committee: Terminating the validity of 4 detailed planning projects and functional zoning plans

Cam Lam District People's Committee has just issued a decision announcing that the decisions approving detailed planning projects and functional zoning plans up to now are no longer valid.

Accordingly, 4 planning projects (3 detailed planning projects at a scale of 1/500 and 1 zoning planning project at a scale of 1/2000) have expired, including: Decision No. 780 dated April 28, 2016 of Cam Lam District People's Committee on approving the detailed construction planning (scale 1/500) of Cam Duc town center (along Thuy Trieu lagoon - Ton Duc Thang street); Decision No. 1170 dated July 14, 2021 of Cam Lam District People's Committee on approving the detailed planning adjustment project (scale 1/500) of Cam Duc town center (phase 1); Decision No. 1180 dated July 19, 2021 of Cam Lam District People's Committee on approving the detailed planning project (scale 1/500) of Cam Duc town (Truong Chinh street to the edge of Thuy Trieu lagoon); Decision 676 dated May 31, 2013 of Cam Lam District People's Committee on approving the functional zoning plan (scale 1/2000) of Cam Duc town center (from Ngo Gia Tu street to Luu Huu Phuoc street).

Cam Lam District People's Committee requests relevant agencies and units involved in planning management, construction permit issuance, construction order management, and land procedure settlement based on the general planning project, zoning planning, and detailed planning related to Cam Lam new urban area to implement.
