With 13 volunteer teams of more than 50 officers and soldiers, the Provincial Border Guard has closely coordinated with the local authorities and Youth Union organizations where they are stationed to carry out many practical activities such as: Guiding people to install and use the VNeID application, accessing the National and local Public Service Portal, submitting documents and looking up results online; supporting the flow, receiving and answering questions of people at the Public Administration Centers at the commune and ward levels.

Volunteer team supports people to install applications to use public services, and guides them to carry out public administrative procedures according to regulations.

Not only providing technical support, the teams also actively promote and raise public awareness of digital transformation, encouraging people to use online public services. This activity is especially meaningful for the elderly, the disadvantaged, workers, students and those with limited access to information technology.

Lieutenant Colonel Dang Viet Hung, Head of Politics , Border Guard Command of Ca Mau province said: "This is an activity to support the operation of the 2-level government model and provide online public services in the border areas of the province, associated with the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign. The activities of the officers and members of the Provincial Border Guard have contributed to creating a clear change in improving the quality of public administrative services, bringing satisfaction to the people, and at the same time realizing the goal of building a modern, transparent, and friendly administration, contributing to building a digital government and digital society right from the grassroots level.

In addition to supporting people in using public service applications, officers and soldiers of the units also coordinate with local youth unions to clean the environment and clear grass along traffic routes.

In the coming time, the provincial Border Guard youth will continue to coordinate with the local authorities and Youth Union to maintain and expand the volunteer youth teams; focus on mobilizing the right professional force, ensuring skills, responsibility, practicality and efficiency.
