The Provincial Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Search and Rescue and Civil Defense has issued Urgent Notice No. 108/TB.VP-PCTT on regulating water in the Khe Bo Hydropower Plant reservoir.

To ensure the safe regulation of water in Khe Bo Hydropower Plant's reservoir in accordance with the approved Single Reservoir Procedure and Inter-reservoir Procedure on the Ca River Basin, Khe Bo Hydropower Plant plans to operate and regulate water in Khe Bo Hydropower Reservoir as follows:

Estimated time of discharge through spillway compartment: At 23:00, July 15, 2025.

Discharge flow: Total discharge flow is from about 500 m ³ /s to 900 m ³ /s (discharge through the generators and through the spillway) and can vary depending on the water flow to the lake.

Time to end water discharge through spillway compartment: Until water flow to the lake is less than power generation flow through generators.

The Standing Office of the Provincial Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Search and Rescue and Civil Defense informs the People's Committees of the following wards and communes: Tam Quang, Con Cuong, Cam Phuc, Chau Khe, Mau Trach, Anh Son, Yen Xuan, Nhan Hoa, Anh Son Dong, Vinh Tuong, Thanh Binh Tho, Do Luong, Bach Ngoc, Van Hien, Bach Ha, Thuan Trung, Luong Son, Cat Ngan, Dai Dong, Xuan Lam, Hoa Quan, Xuan Duong, Bich Hao, Kim Bang, Tam Dong, Kim Lien, Thien Nhan, Dai Hue, Nam Dan, Van An, Lam Thanh, Hung Nguyen, Yen Trung, Hung Nguyen Nam, Nghi Loc, Phuc Loc, Dong Loc, Trung Loc, Than Linh, Hai Loc, Tien Dong, Truong Vinh ward, Thanh Vinh ward, Vinh Hung ward, Vinh Phu ward, Vinh Loc ward, Cua Lo ward; Heads of provincial departments, branches and sectors are informed to notify authorities at all levels, agencies, units, investors who are constructing along the river, on the river, owners of water transport vehicles and all people in the downstream area of ​​Khe Bo Hydropower Plant.
