Tra Vinh University continues to rise to 29th place in the Top 400 of WURI Ranking 2025

GD&TĐ - Tra Vinh University continues to rise in 2025, ranking 29th in the Top 400 schools with influence and contribution to society.

According to information from the representative of Tra Vinh University, the World Universities Alliance has just announced the ranking of universities with real impact, World Universities with Real Impact (WURI). This year, 1,252 universities participated in the ranking, an increase of 180 more than in 2024.

Accordingly, Tra Vinh University continues to rise in 2025, ranking 29th in the Top 400 schools with influence and contribution to society, up 13 places compared to 2024 - TVU ranked 42nd in the Top 100. This is the 6th consecutive year that Tra Vinh University continues to rise in the top 100 and top 400 schools.

Prof. Dr. Pham Tiet Khanh, Chairman of the University Council and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Hoa, Rector of Tra Vinh University welcomed the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to Vietnam.

Notably, this year Tra Vinh University has 3 component categories in the top 50. Specifically, it is ranked 21st in component index B7 on Cost-Benefit Management; 23rd in index A2 on Student Mobility and Openness; 26th in index B8 on University Brand and Reputation.

Up to now, Tra Vinh University has 27 training majors accredited according to international standards of FIBAA, AUN-QA, ABET, the Dentistry major meets the accreditation standards of the Ministry of Education and Training , contributing to putting Tra Vinh University in the top universities in the Mekong Delta with many programs accredited for international education quality.

For many years, Tra Vinh University has been in the Top 200 universities with greeneducational environments and sustainable investment development, according to UI GreenMetric Ranking. For three consecutive years 2022, 2023, 2024, it has won the award for outstanding digital transformation.
