Candidates taking the high school graduation exam this year
This morning (July 19), the University of Economics and Law (Ho Chi Minh City National University) announced the threshold to ensure input quality (floor score) for the method of considering scores for the 2024 high school graduation exam.
Accordingly, the score for receiving applications for admission to the 2024 regular university training program using this method is 21 or higher, applicable to all majors and admission combinations.
This is the total score of 3 subjects/exams (without coefficient) in the admission subject group that the candidate achieved in the 2024 high school graduation exam.
The school also noted that this floor score is only the score for receiving application documents for admission based on the high school graduation exam score method, not the admission score or standard score.

In addition, the school's input quality assurance threshold this year is also a condition for candidates to be officially admitted under the priority admission method of Ho Chi Minh City National University (method 2). Candidates eligible for admission by this method must have a 2024 high school graduation exam score of subjects in the admission group A00 or A01 or D01 or D07 of 21 points or higher to be officially admitted to the school.
In 2024, the University of Economics and Law will enroll 2,600 students for 15 majors, with 33 majors/programs in 4 groups: A00, A01, D01, D07. Regarding the method of considering high school graduation exam scores in 2024, the school still reserves about 45% of the enrollment quota for all majors/training majors.
