According to initial information, at around 7:00 a.m. on June 20, people around the Royal Center wedding center, located at 180/4 Song Hanh Street, Trung Chanh Commune, Hoc Mon District, Ho Chi Minh City, suddenly heard a loud explosion. People discovered a tall column of black smoke coming from inside the wedding center.
Many people panicked and reported to the Fire Police and Rescue Police of Ho Chi Minh City Police to come to the rescue. Upon receiving the news, the Fire Police and Rescue Police of Ho Chi Minh City Police mobilized 5 fire trucks and dozens of Fire Police to quickly arrive at the scene to rescue.

Fire police deployed to extinguish the fire and prevent further damage. A section of the road in this area was blocked to serve the fire fighting. Many vehicles were directed to move through alternative routes to avoid traffic congestion.

Mr. Nguyen Van Thuong, a resident living near the area, said he was drinking coffee when he heard a loud explosion, then saw black smoke billowing from the Royal Center restaurant. A few minutes later, a fierce fire broke out.
The fire has been contained and extinguished. Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the incident.
