Live: Opening ceremony of the exhibition of national achievements "80 years of journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness"

The exhibition of national achievements on the occasion of the 80th National Day officially opened on the morning of August 28 at the National Exhibition Center, Dong Anh, Hanoi.

According to information from the Organizing Committee, the art program of the Opening Ceremony of the National Achievements Exhibition on the occasion of the 80th National Day is expected to last about 50 minutes. After the art program, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism - Head of the Exhibition Organizing Committee will have a report summarizing the results of the implementation of work related to the Exhibition and an overall introduction of the National Achievements Exhibition on the occasion of the 80th National Day. In particular, the delegates will perform the ceremony of pressing the button to officially open the Exhibition. At the end of the ceremony, the leaders of the Party, the State and the delegates will visit the Exhibition space. The Opening Ceremony of the Exhibition will truly be a spiritual festival, a musical party expressing a joyful, strong, energetic atmosphere, expressing the spirit of the country, the spirit of 80 years of the Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness.

The National Achievements Exhibition on the occasion of the 80th National Day with the theme "80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" will officially open free of charge to serve the people and visitors from August 28 to September 5, 2025, at the National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi ). The exhibition with the largest space and display content ever and a series of special programs and activities promises to be an attractive destination.

The exhibition of national achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day introduces and displays the outstanding achievements of the country in 80 years of construction and development in various fields, especially key areas such as: industry - technology; investment - trade; agriculture - rural areas; security - defense; foreign affairs; health, education; culture, sports and tourism. At the same time, it introduces Vietnamese culture - the country - people with a 4000-year cultural tradition; the rich cultural diversity of 54 ethnic groups; the abundance of resources, products of the three regions and outstanding architectural works past and present across the country.
