In 2022, International Yoga Day attracted about 1,000 people to gather at Nguyen Hue walking street from 6am to practice yoga with Indian coaches.

In order to ensure traffic order and safety for the organization of International Yoga Day on Le Loi Street, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport prohibits all vehicles from traveling on the road reserved for cars on Le Loi Street (from Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street to Pasteur Street) from 8:00 a.m. on June 20 to 2:00 p.m. on June 21.

Vehicles traveling on mixed roads are regulated by the authorities. The Department of Transport reminds drivers to obey the commands of traffic controllers and the road signal system.

For vehicles of individuals and organizations in the affected area that need to circulate during the ban, please directly contact the Department of Foreign Affairs (No. 6 Alexandre de Rhodes Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1; phone number: 028.3822.4224) for support and traffic facilitation.
