Ho Chi Minh City appoints a series of officials in the education sector

On the morning of July 3, the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City handed over decisions on appointment and transfer of staff to departments after the merger.

Accordingly, based on the merger of the education and training sectors of Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, and Ba Ria - Vung Tau before, Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, appointed leaders of departments, specifically as follows:

Mr. Ho Tan Minh, chief of office of the department (Mr. Ho Tan Minh was chief of office of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City before the merger).

Ms. Ta Thi Minh Thu, Head of Inspection and Legal Affairs Department (Ms. Thu was previously Head of Non-Public Management Department of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training).

Mr. Tong Phuoc Loc, Head of the Personnel Organization Department (Mr. Tong Phuoc Loc was previously Head of the Personnel Organization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training).

Mr. Nguyen Khac Huy, Head of Planning and Finance Department (Mr. Nguyen Khac Huy was previously Head of Planning and Finance Department of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training).

Ms. Cao Thi Thien Phuc, Head of the Student Department (Ms. Cao Thi Thien Phuc was the former Head of the Political and Ideological Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training).

Mr. Tran Xuan Mai, Head of Quality Management Department (Mr. Tran Xuan Mai was the former Head of General Education Department of Binh Duong Department of Education and Training).

Ms. Luong Thi Hong Diep, Head of the Preschool Education Department (Ms. Luong Thi Hong Diep was the former Head of the Preschool Education Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training).

Ms. Lam Hong Lam Thuy, Head of the General Education Department (Ms. Lam Hong Lam Thuy was the former Head of the General Education Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training).

Mr. Vo Dong Duy, Head of the Department of Continuing Education - Vocational and University (Mr. Vo Dong Duy was the Head of the Department of Continuing Education - Vocational of the Binh Duong Department of Education and Training before).

Mr. Nguyen Huu Tam, Head of the Department of Management of Non-Public Educational Institutions (Mr. Nguyen Huu Tam was previously Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel of the Department of Education and Training of Ba Ria - Vung Tau).

On this occasion, the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City also announced and awarded decisions to appoint deputy heads of departments and professional boards on the basis of the merger.

It is known that after the merger, the education and training sector of Ho Chi Minh City has 2.6 million students and nearly 5,000 public and non-public educational institutions from kindergarten to high school.

The Board of Directors of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City has 10 people.

On July 1, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee also issued a decision to appoint the Board of Directors of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training, consisting of 10 people, including:

Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu - Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City (former) - as Director; and 9 Deputy Directors including:

1. Mr. Duong Tri Dung, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City before the merger.

2. Mr. Nguyen Bao Quoc, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City before the merger.

3. Ms. Le Thuy My Chau, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City before the merger.

4. Ms. Huynh Le Nhu Trang, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City before the merger.

5. Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhat Hang, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Binh Duong province before the merger.

6. Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Binh Duong province before the merger.

7. Ms. Truong Hai Thanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Binh Duong province before the merger.

8. Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Chau, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province before the merger.

9. Mr. Nguyen Ke Toai, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province before the merger.
