Some dealers are offering incentives of 90-100 million VND for the Camry VIN 2024 model, depending on the version. However, the number of cars remaining in these showrooms is not much, in some places there is only one car left.

Specifically, the standard Camry 2.0Q version is offered for sale at 1.22 billion VND, equivalent to a reduction of 90 million VND. Meanwhile, the Camry 2.5HEV Mid version is discounted by up to 100 million VND, down to 1.36 billion VND.

In Ho Chi Minh City, the Toyota Camry 2.5 HEV TOP model is reduced by 120 million VND, down to 1.41 billion VND.

After the promotion, Toyota Camry still has a much higher price than its domestic competitor, Mazda6. The highest-end version of Mazda6 has a listed price of only 899 million VND, or Kia K5 has a starting price of 849 million VND and the highest price of 957 million VND.

However, Toyota Camry still has significantly higher sales than its competitors in the same segment. In the first 4 months of the year, this Japanese car model sold a total of 701 cars, holding 82% of the market share, according to data released by the Vietnam Automobile Manufacturers Association (VAMA).

Toyota Camry is still priced much higher than its domestic rival Mazda6, the highest-end version of Mazda6 has a listed price of only 899 million VND.

The Camry 2.0Q version uses a 2.0L gasoline engine for 170 horsepower. The two hybrid (HEV) versions combine a 2.5L gasoline engine with an electric motor, for a total capacity of 225 horsepower, with an e-CVT automatic transmission. This is also the only Toyota model in Vietnam that currently has 2 hybrid versions.

The new generation Camry was launched at the 2024 Vietnam Auto Show. This model has been completely transformed, changing from design to chassis platform. The car has a more youthful, modern appearance, escaping the image of a sedan for middle-aged customers, with slim LED clusters and a pair of large 12.3-inch screens inside.

The highest version of Toyota Camry is also equipped with a 360-degree camera, electronic handbrake and automatic brake hold feature.
