Formula for calculating admission scores to grade 10 high school in 2025
The formula for calculating admission scores for grade 10 high school in 2025 is applied uniformly nationwide with some important adjustments. Admission scores are calculated by the total score of the exams plus priority and incentive points (if any).
DXT = Math score + Literature score + Third subject/exam score + Priority points + Encouragement points
In there:
3 compulsory subjects: Math, Literature and 1 third subject/exam (depending on the regulations of each province).
Test score: Calculated on a 10-point scale, no rounding.
Priority points: Applied according to the candidate's priority (only enjoy the highest level if there are many criteria).
Bonus points: Added for candidates who win prizes in provincial competitions (only the highest prize is counted).
