Routes in the area from Ring Road 2 to Ring Road 3: restrict traffic for passenger transport vehicles with less than 16 seats, private cars, and motorbikes.
Routes in the area from Ring Road 1 to Ring Road 2: restricted traffic for vehicles.

Nguyen Thai Hoc - Le Duan - Thong Nhat Park: where the Police and Military parades pass through (open space, convenient for observation).
