City leaders hand over working decisions to communes and wards

On June 30, the Hanoi City Decision Awarding Ceremony on Personnel Work took place simultaneously in 126 new communes and wards of Hanoi - an event marking an important historical moment for the Capital and the country to firmly enter a new era. Politburo member, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the Hanoi City National Assembly Delegation Bui Thi Minh Hoai and the Hanoi City Delegation attended and awarded decisions on organization and personnel work in 2 communes: Quang Minh and Me Linh.

Today (July 1), along with the whole country, Hanoi marks a historic step when the two-level local government officially operates. From today (July 1), the first-level enrollment period for the 2025-2026 school year for preschool, grade 1 and grade 6 in Hanoi begins.
