Implementing the Provincial People's Committee's Plan on planting 50 million trees in Lam Dong province in the period of 2021-2025, the Provincial People's Committee directed the People's Committees of districts and cities to urgently allocate the number of trees to be planted in 2025 to the People's Committees of communes (after the merger), relevant agencies and units to continue implementing the tree planting plan in 2025 to ensure compliance with the targets in 2025 and the period of 2021-2025.

At the same time, the Provincial People's Committee assigns responsibility to the People's Committees at the commune level, agencies, units, organizations and individuals in the work of caring for, managing and protecting planted trees (since the implementation of Plan No. 2209/KH-UBND to date) to ensure that each tree grows well, is protected from encroachment... Report on the results of allocating the number of trees to be planted in 2025 and the responsibility for caring for, managing and protecting planted trees to the Department of Agriculture and Environment before June 25, 2025.

Assign the Department of Agriculture and Environment to synthesize the reporting results of the People's Committees of districts, Da Lat city and Bao Loc. Continue to inspect, monitor and urge the tree planting process of agencies, localities and units; promptly synthesize and resolve according to authority or advise and propose the Provincial People's Committee to consider directing, handling and resolving arising issues (if any). Advise the Provincial People's Committee to summarize Plan No. 2209/KH-UBND dated April 12, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee on planting 50 million trees in Lam Dong province in the period of 2021-2025 to ensure compliance with the prescribed time. At the same time, advise the Provincial People's Committee to report to the Prime Minister on the implementation results according to Directive No. 45/CT-TTg dated December 31, 2023 on organizing the "Tet tree planting" movement and strengthening forest protection and development.
