After many years of experience in the field of providing fresh flowers, in 2024, Ms. Van Thi Kim Thao in Dong Xoai city decided to start a business, opening a company producing flower baskets and gift boxes. With limited capital, only enough to buy machinery and initial materials, she had to rent premises and a factory, and borrow money from the bank to operate the business. Despite the difficulties, after nearly half a year of effective operation, Ms. Thao intended to expand the factory and produce many new products. Resolution 68 of the Politburo on private economic development was issued with many meaningful and practical support policies, which gave Ms. Thao more motivation and confidence to start a successful business.

Hope the resolution will soon come into effect
Resolution 68 facilitates and supports the private economy in accessing resources of land, capital, and high-quality human resources; promotes science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, and green transformation; strengthens connections between enterprises; provides substantial and effective support for small and micro enterprises and business households... These policies will soon be concretized and put into practice in production and business, at which time small enterprises and startups will be provided with greater resources to develop more strongly.
“We hope that the Government will soon issue decrees and relevant ministries and branches will soon issue circulars to guide the implementation of the resolution. At that time, Binh Phuoc will quickly apply policies from the resolution to facilitate the development of the private economy and start-up businesses,” Giang shared.
Mr. Giang's wish is also the expectation of many young enterprises in the current period. Preferential policies are the "midwife", but for policies to soon come into life, it is necessary to have the attention, direction, and synchronous participation of the entire political system and the business community in promoting the effectiveness of policies. Only then will policies and guidelines come into life and take root, sprout green, and accompany businesses in sustainable development.
Resolution 68 will facilitate the private economy in accessing land, production and business premises. There are appropriate mechanisms and policies to control land price fluctuations, especially land prices for production - business, non-agricultural, minimizing the impact on investment, production - business plans of enterprises. Allow localities to use the budget to support investors in infrastructure business of industrial parks, industrial clusters, technology incubators. There are policies to prioritize a part of commercial credit sources for private enterprises, especially small and medium enterprises, supporting industry enterprises, innovative startups to borrow to invest in machinery, equipment, new technology, green transformation, digital transformation, etc. |
Binh Phuoc currently has more than 13,000 enterprises, including thousands of small and medium enterprises. With synchronous, transparent and innovative policies, Resolution 68 not only "gives wings" to small enterprises and startups to go far but also provides support and confidence for new startup ideas from enterprises.
