Investment area for construction of 110kV Khue Trung Transformer Station

The 110kV transformer station is located behind the Le Thanh Nghi Street Waste Transfer Station, the northern corner of Thanh Nien Park (Hoa Cuong Nam Ward, Hai Chau District). The 110kV and 22kV lines run underground along the station operation line located in Thanh Nien Park land, then are arranged along the roadway and sidewalk of Le Thanh Nghi and Cach Mang Thang Tam streets.

The specific objective of the project is to meet the socio -economic development needs of the central load area of Da Nang city. Connect and support the 22kV power grid to reduce the load on existing 110kV substations, improve the reliability of power supply, and ensure the quality of power in the project area. Gradually complete the 110kV power grid according to the Da Nang City Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050.

The project uses an estimated land area of 1,050 ^m2 . Design capacity: 2x63 MVA (this phase installs 01-63MVA and reserves for installation in the next phase). The scale of construction architecture includes main items such as construction of a 110kV transformer station including a control house with a 3-storey structure, total floor area of 495 ^m2 , height of 11.9m; outdoor 110kV distribution equipment room and control and protection equipment, communications, fire prevention and fighting, internal roads and some auxiliary systems with an area of 863 ^m2 .

Construction of operating connection road and 110kV, 22kV cable ditch to Le Thanh Nghi street with an area of 1,567 ^m2 . Construction of 110kV, 22kV underground cable along park land and roadway with affected land area in the corridor of 1,668 ^m2 .

The project has a total investment of about 150,000,000,000 VND. The project implementation progress from the date of construction commencement and acceptance, handover and putting the project into use within 12 months, expected to be completed in the 4th quarter of 2026.
