At the starting and ending points of construction package No. 03 of the project Road from Giao Long Port to Phu Thuan Industrial Park (abbreviated as DT.DK.07), Chau Thanh - Binh Dai district, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Ngoc Tam listened to the progress report and requested the investor and construction unit: "Urgently carry out construction, increase 3 shifts to 4 shifts to basically complete the project on the occasion of National Day, September 2, 2025".

It is known that DT.DK.07 is located in Binh Dai district, with 150 households having handed over the land, with the land length handed over reaching 3,385/3,385 meters (of which 2 households have just been handed over on June 9, 2025). The volume of work done at the site has reached about 62%, estimated at 67 billion VND. Specifically, the crushed stone aggregate has been graded 1,988/3,385md; the crushed stone water surface has been constructed: 1,169/3,385md and the asphalt surface has been paved 885/3,385md.

According to the investor of construction package No. 03 of the project of Road from Giao Long Port to Phu Thuan Industrial Park (DT.DK.07), Chau Thanh - Binh Dai inter-district is facing difficulties due to the increasingly scarce stone materials, greatly affecting the completion progress of the project. In addition, the prolonged rainy and stormy weather has affected the implementation and collection of organic excavated soil to continue construction of the next items.
