The project is invested by Vietnam Airports Corporation - JSC with a total capital of over 631 billion VND, implemented on an area of 24,618.2 ^m2 (including the cargo terminal land lot of 14,206.4 ^m2 and the cargo staging area and parking lot - cargo terminal of 10,411.8 ^m2 ).

The progress of basic construction and putting the project into operation and exploitation is expected to be from the second quarter of 2025 to the fourth quarter of 2026, implementing basic construction and putting the project into operation and exploitation and exploitation with a capacity of 50,000 tons/year.

From the third quarter of 2028 to the first quarter of 2029, invest in additional equipment and put the project into operation, reaching a capacity of 100,000 tons/year.
