Accordingly, the Chairman of the City People's Committee has decided to rank 9 relics as City-level relics, including:
Bac Cau 3 Pagoda (Thuan Loi Tu), one of nine ranked relics
1. Historical-artistic relic of Bac Cau 3 pagoda (Thuan Loi pagoda), Ngoc Thuy ward, Ha Dong district, Hanoi city;
2. Historical relic - memorial of famous people, Bach La Khe family temple, La Khe ward, Ha Dong district, Hanoi city;
3. Dun Duong communal house historical and cultural relic, Lien Quan town, Thach That district, Hanoi city;
4. Historical-artistic relic of Phuong Hai communal house, Dong Phuong Yen commune, Chuong My district, Hanoi city;
5. Historical relic - memorial of famous people, church and tomb of Doctor Ngo, Cao Son Tien commune, Ung Hoa district, Hanoi city;
6. Noi Luu communal house historical and cultural relic, Binh Luu Quang commune, Ung Hoa district, Hanoi city;
7. Historical-architectural relic of Ngoc Truc communal house, Dong Lo commune, Ung Hoa district, Hanoi city;
8. Historical-artistic relic of Vu Ngoai communal house, Lien Bat commune, Ung Hoa district, Hanoi city;
9. Historical-artistic relic of Vu Ngoai pagoda (Truong Khanh Tu), Lien Bat commune, Ung Hoa district, Hanoi city; The relic protection area is determined according to the minutes and map of the protected areas of the relic in the scientific dossier proposing the relic ranking.

After the relic is ranked, the People's Committees of the districts: Long Bien, Ha Dong, Thach That, Chuong My, Ung Hoa are responsible for publicizing the protected area of the relic and organizing the establishment of the boundary marker records and implementing the boundary marker planting in the field according to their authority and current legal regulations.
The People's Committees of wards, communes and towns: Ngoc Thuy (Long Bien), La Khe (Ha Dong); Lien Quan (Thach That); Dong Phuong Yen (Chuong My); Cao Son Tien, Binh Luu Quang, Dong Lo, Lien Bat (Ung Hoa) issued decisions to establish the Relic Management Board; organize the management of the site and space of the relic, all artifacts belonging to the relic, activities to protect and promote the value of the relic, use the revenue of the relic according to the provisions of Decision No. 48/2016/QD-UBND dated November 17, 2016 and Decision No. 31/2021/QD-UBND dated December 29, 2021 of the Hanoi People's Committee on promulgating regulations, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the regulations on management, protection and promotion of the value of historical-cultural relics and scenic spots in Hanoi; All activities related to construction and exploitation in the classified relic area and demarcated protection areas are strictly prohibited. In special cases where land use and construction at the relic must be permitted by the Hanoi City People's Committee.
The City People's Committee assigns the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism together with the People's Committees of districts: Long Bien, Ha Dong, Thach That, Chuong My, Ung Hoa and the People's Committees of wards, communes and towns: Ngoc Thuy (Long Bien), La Khe (Ha Dong); Lien Quan (Thach That); Dong Phuong Yen (Chuong My); Cao Son Tien, Binh Luu Quang, Dong Lo, Lien Bat (Ung Hoa), where there are ranked relics within the scope of their tasks and powers, to carry out state management of relics according to their authority and regulations of the law on cultural heritage.
