At the same time, review all administrative procedure problems managed by the provincial departments and branches to remove bottlenecks.

Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh also requested departments and branches to establish a coordination mechanism to discuss and resolve difficulties and obstacles in legal procedures, creating the most favorable conditions for contractors and construction units to speed up the implementation progress. The Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee should study and establish a Steering Committee for key projects of the province to have centralized leadership, promptly speed up the progress of major projects on time and ahead of schedule.

The Provincial People's Committee needs to promptly direct departments, branches and sectors to focus on solving the issue of compensation, site clearance and controlling the price of basic construction materials; grasp the thoughts and aspirations of the people and directly mobilize and resolve those thoughts and aspirations in accordance with the provisions of law.
