Sao Doc Lap Television - For a prosperous Vietnam (8:10 p.m., August 24, VTV1)

In celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Forces' Tradition Day and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025), the Editorial Board of the Communist Magazine, the Ministry of Public Security presided over and coordinated with the Ministry of Culture - Sports and Tourism, the Hanoi Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee to organize the "Independence Star" art and political program in 2025 (year 10) with the theme: "For a prosperous Vietnam". The program will be broadcast live on VTV1 channel of Vietnam Television at 8:10 p.m. on August 24.

Over the years, “Independence Star” has become an annual program (starting in 2016), eagerly awaited by many veteran revolutionaries, intellectuals, party members and the masses in the autumn days of August. The program was chosen to honor the noble cultural and historical values of the nation; the patriotism and indomitable will of generations of heroic Vietnamese people who sacrificed and devoted themselves to the independence and freedom of the Fatherland under the leadership of the glorious Communist Party of Vietnam ; and at the same time, emphasize the great achievements over the past eight decades, especially in nearly 40 years of national renovation. Through that, it demonstrates the determination of the entire Party, the entire army and the entire people to bring the country into a new era - the era of national growth, realizing the aspirations of building a socialist Vietnam, a rich people, a strong country, democracy, fairness and civilization.

The program's content revolves around the theme of praising the glorious Party, great Uncle Ho; the heroic revolutionary history, the country's Innovation and Integration cause, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere, while encouraging and motivating all classes of people to actively study, compete in labor production, contributing to the successful implementation of socio -economic development goals and tasks in 2025.

In addition to the traditional duration and approach, the program has innovated in content and artistic expression, helping the public, especially young audiences, understand and be more proud of the heroic Vietnamese nation, the glorious Communist Party of Vietnam, the great President Ho Chi Minh, and the People's Public Security force "forgetting themselves for the country, serving the people", inspiring young people - the core and important force for the goal of a strong and prosperous Vietnam in the new era.

The political art program "Independence Star" is structured with 3 chapters, 15 performances with many art genres: Singing - dancing - music - commentary, combining sound, light, images with Hologram technology, 3D led... both historical, traditional, folk and combined with the creative colors of contemporary art technology.

"Independence Star" features many famous artists such as: People's Artist Pham Phuong Thao, Meritorious Artist Hoang Tung, Meritorious Artist Vu Thang Loi, singers Dong Hung, Do To Hoa, Bui Hoang Yen, violinist Anh Tu...

The art program promises to bring to the audience nationwide heroic and touching moments, with pride, gratitude, faith and aspiration to rise up strongly and join hands to build the country. That aspiration has been fueling the traditional fire so that today's generations continue to overcome difficulties and challenges, unite, build and protect our country to become increasingly rich, prosperous, civilized and happy.
