Reviewing draft resolutions submitted to the 8th session of the 19th Provincial People's Council

At the meeting, the Economic - Budget Committee reviewed resolutions on approving the 5-year Land Use Plan (2021 - 2025) of Tuyen Quang province; adjusting the capital budget estimates for implementing the National Target Program on New Rural Construction that have not been fully disbursed in 2023 and transferred to 2024 (phase 1); supplementing the State budget revenue estimates in the locality (provincial budget) from foreign non-refundable aid sources belonging to the State budget revenue source; supplementing the local budget expenditure estimates (provincial budget) from foreign non-refundable aid sources belonging to the State budget revenue source.

At the meeting, the Legal Committee also reviewed the draft resolution on approving the investment policy for the project to build commune police headquarters in Yen Son, Ham Yen and Chiem Hoa districts.

Speaking at the meeting, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Le Thi Kim Dung requested that the drafting agencies should absorb the opinions of the Legal Committee and the Economic - Budget Committee, continue to review some contents and complete the submissions to ensure compliance with procedures and regulations; develop a policy impact assessment report to promptly advise on appropriate adjustments.

Concluding each content, the leaders of the Legal Committee and the Economic - Budget Committee basically agreed with the presentation, viewpoints and opinions contributed at the conference. At the same time, they requested the drafting agencies to clarify and supplement information and proposals of the delegates. Particularly, the resolution approving the investment policy for the project to build a commune police headquarters in Yen Son district will be considered for approval at the next meeting.
