With nearly 40 years of experience in the medical field, Dr. Tran Van Minh - former Deputy Director of Van Ninh District Medical Center has had more than 20 scientific research topics accepted and applied many effective management models. In particular, the implementation of the 5S model by Dr. Minh since 2017 has created many benefits. 5S is not only a simple quality improvement method but also demonstrates the spirit of learning the scientific, orderly, and disciplined working style of Uncle Ho. Currently, the model continues to be deployed and promoted effectively at the District Medical Center. The effective implementation of the 5S model has contributed to building a clean working environment, streamlining records, and making the medical examination and treatment process smoother. With these contributions, in 2024, Meritorious Doctor Tran Van Minh was honored as a typical intellectual of the province.

Typical examples in studying and following Uncle Ho were awarded certificates of merit by the District People's Committee.

Over the years, the study and follow of Uncle Ho has been materialized by the Women's Union of Van Ninh district through meaningful works and tasks that have brought many benefits to members and people. Ms. Nguyen Hong Khanh Quynh - President of the Women's Union of the district said that the unions at all levels have sponsored 24 orphans and children in difficult circumstances in the "Godmother" program. At the same time, they have built models to mobilize support for poor members and children in difficult circumstances with an amount of more than 4 billion VND. In addition, the union has actively mobilized more than 10 billion VND to build 20 charity houses and repair 38 houses for members with housing difficulties... Thereby, contributing to joining hands with the locality to effectively implement the program of building new rural areas, sustainable poverty reduction, improving the lives of members...

Contribute to the completion of political tasks

Mr. Nguyen Thai Nguyen - Standing Deputy Secretary of Van Ninh District Party Committee said that in recent years, the district has widely implemented the study and follow of Uncle Ho not only among cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers but also spread to all classes of people. First of all, Party committees at all levels have seriously implemented the study and dissemination of Directive No. 05, the whole-term topics, and the annual topics with 760 classes organized for nearly 37,000 cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and people to participate; innovated the implementation methods and learning content suitable for each subject, ensuring practicality and effectiveness. Since then, there has been a positive impact, creating a clear change in the sense of responsibility in performing assigned tasks, working style and manners of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers. Along with that, Party committees, authorities, agencies, units and organizations have promoted the implementation of Directive No. 05 in conjunction with emulation movements and major campaigns of all levels and sectors; deployed many good models and creative ways of doing things, contributing to spreading good values in the community... contributing to Van Ninh district successfully completing its political tasks.

Up to now, the district has 11/11 communes meeting new rural standards; of which 4 communes meet advanced new rural standards, 1 commune meets model new rural standards. The Provincial People's Committee is proposing the Central Government to consider and recognize Van Ninh district as meeting new rural district standards. In addition, the district has completed the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses for people as soon as possible; the multidimensional poverty rate of the whole district has decreased to 0.79%. Administrative reform has many new models implemented, improving the quality of service for organizations, businesses and people. In particular, the locality has focused on completing site clearance to implement the construction of the Van Phong - Nha Trang expressway, contributing to the project's progress ahead of schedule compared to the set target. The district also focuses on the grassroots to build a strong political system, doing a good job of propaganda, mobilizing people to unite, and actively participating in patriotic emulation movements; Implement the work of rearranging and reorganizing administrative units at all levels and building a 2-level local government model, rearranging the organizational apparatus to streamline, operate effectively and efficiently according to the roadmap set forth by superiors...

The results achieved in 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05 have significantly contributed to the successful implementation of political tasks, building the Party and the political system of the district increasingly stronger. Particularly in 2024, the Van Ninh District Party Committee was awarded a certificate of merit by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for achieving the typical standard of "Excellent completion of tasks".
