According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, it is estimated that in the first 6 months of this year, the whole province welcomed 5,504,000 visitors (an increase of 18.48% over the same period last year) with about 10,620,000 guest days (an increase of 22.38%). International tourists coming to Binh Thuan for vacation in the past 6 months alone are estimated at 284,000, an increase of nearly 40% over the same period last year... During the same period, revenue from tourism activities in Binh Thuan is estimated at 15,030 billion VND (an increase of 25% over the same period), of which net revenue from accommodation, food and beverage, travel and tourism support services is about 14,630 billion VND (an increase of 24.4%).

It can be said that the implementation of the two basic targets of the industry in terms of welcoming visitors and revenue achieved in the first half of 2025 is very impressive through double-digit growth. Noting the general results, in addition to the favorable factors that the locality holds such as the strength of sea and island tourism, convenient transportation, favorable weather for outdoor activities, rich cuisine , etc., the work of promoting destinations also has an important contribution. Carrying out the task this year, in the past time, the Tourism Promotion Center (under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Binh Thuan) has coordinated and proactively participated in many related events. Such as Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Festival 2025, Vietnam International Tourism Fair - VITM Hanoi 2025, the 12th Southern Traditional Cake Festival - 2025. From there, actively introduce the new Binh Thuan tourism brand identity with the slogan "Endless experiences", at the same time connect and cooperate with major cities and key domestic markets to promote cooperation to bring visitors to the locality.

In the province, on the occasion of the New Year, the tourism industry still maintains the program to welcome and wish the first tourists to visit and stay in Binh Thuan on the first day of Spring At Ty 2025. In addition, it also welcomes the Korean Farmtrip delegation to survey tourism products and organizes a meeting program to connect trade between Binh Thuan and Korean tourism businesses. It is known that Korea is currently one of the important markets sending tourists to Vietnam tourism in general and Binh Thuan in particular, especially fond of beach resort experiences, golf tourism, water sports, and exploring local culture. Therefore, on this occasion, the tourism industry organized a Korean Farmtrip delegation to visit and survey many attractive locations such as: Novaworld Phan Thiet Golf Course, Truong Duc Thanh Relic Site, Po Sah Inư Tower, Wine Castle, Bau Trang Eco-tourism Site... Along with that, the functional sector also coordinated to carry out communication campaigns, promote destinations in Phan Thiet city, Bac Binh district, Phu Quy "pearl island". Aiming to introduce the potential, advantages and unique, new tourism products and services of each locality to invite tourists from everywhere to visit and experience.

In the remaining months of this year, the local tourism industry will continue to promote the brand and image of the destination "Safe - Friendly - Attractive" in the new period. Especially focusing on communication for traditional festivals (Mid-Autumn Festival, Ka - Te Festival, Dinh Thay Thim Festival), summer tourism stimulus programs or major events of the industry and the province during peak periods. In addition, it will also promote introductions on media and social networking sites (such as Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram...) to spread the destination and enhance competitiveness to attract visitors, contributing to the achievement of exceeding the set targets in 2025.
