At that time, the Patrol Team of Traffic Police Team No. 2 under the Traffic Police Department - Provincial Police was on patrol and control duty when it discovered a car parked on the side of the road with emergency lights on. There was a person in the car waving and signaling for help.

The traffic police patrol team immediately approached the car. Upon inspection, they discovered that the male driver sitting in the driver's seat was unconscious and in critical condition. Immediately after that, the traffic police called the Binh Thuan 0-dong ambulance to assist in taking him to the emergency room, and at the same time, regulated traffic at this location.

Upon receiving the information, the ambulance arrived at the scene and quickly took the victim to the Provincial General Hospital for emergency treatment. The Traffic Police Team also assisted in taking the passengers in the car and vehicle to the Provincial General Hospital.
