For the first time in three years of implementation, the Overseas Talent Roadshow 2025 campaign expanded its scale when all three enterprises in the Techcombank – One Mount – Masterise ecosystem came to Los Angeles, USA to search for international Vietnamese talents. The event attracted nearly 1,000 Vietnamese experts from the fields of technology, data, finance and management, continuing to affirm Techcombank's pioneering position in "reversing the flow of brainpower", contributing to bringing Vietnamese intellectual resources back to create the future in their homeland.

The next destination in the Overseas Talent Roadshow 2025 journey, Techcombank and companies in the ecosystem are expected to be held in Paris, France to contribute to bringing diverse career opportunities, beyond the traditional banking industry framework for thousands of international Vietnamese candidates.

Los Angeles - An Impressive Starting Point with Over 1,000 Potential Candidates

Taking place in Los Angeles – the economic and innovation center of the West Coast of the United States, this year's campaign opening event saw the participation of a large community of Vietnamese experts and intellectuals living and working in the United States. The event was attended directly by Techcombank's General Director – Mr. Jens Lottner, along with senior leaders of the bank including: Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Director of Technology Division, Mr. Alexandre Macaire – Group Finance Director, Ms. Nguyen Van Linh – Deputy Director of Retail Banking Division, Mr. Koustuv Banerjee – Senior Director of Business Data Analytics, Ms. Nguyen Le Thao Nguyen – Senior Director of Human Resources Operations Consulting and recruitment experts of Techcombank.

One of the highlights of the program was Mr. Jens Lottner's presentation on Vietnam's macroeconomic outlook, which was considered profound and enlightening for the overseas Vietnamese community considering the journey back home.

Prior to the event in Los Angeles, Techcombank successfully organized the online sharing session Techcombank Info Day to connect early and spread information to potential candidates across the United States. The event was attended by Mr. Prasenjit Chakravarti - Director of Strategy and Transformation, along with Techcombank staff who had returned from previous campaigns and representatives of the Human Resources Management Division.

Expanding talent attraction strategy for the ecosystem

Following the success in the United States, the next international talent attraction event is scheduled to take place in Paris from July 4-5, 2025, targeting the elite Vietnamese community living and working in Europe – especially in the fields of technology, data, finance and insurance.
