- On the morning of June 9, the Department of Justice held a training conference on professional work in drafting legal documents and organizing law enforcement in 2025.

The conference deployed and thoroughly grasped a number of basic contents and new points of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents in 2025; Decree No. 78/2025/ND-CP dated April 1, 2025 of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures to organize and guide the implementation of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents; Decree No. 79/2025/ND-CP dated April 1, 2025 of the Government on inspection, review, systematization and processing of legal documents; Decree No. 80/2025/ND-CP dated April 1, 2025 of the Government on organization of implementation of legal documents.

The conference discussed and focused on answering questions from delegates about issues related to the work of drafting legal documents, reviewing and systematizing legal documents in the province in the past time; discussed shortcomings and difficulties in practice, and proposed new contents that need to be further specified, guided and implemented in the coming time.

Through the training conference, it contributes to consolidating the knowledge and skills of the staff and civil servants directly advising and implementing the work of building, inspecting, reviewing, systematizing legal documents, and organizing the enforcement of legal judgments. Thereby improving the quality, efficiency, and ensuring progress in the activities of building and perfecting institutions and enforcing laws at the local level in the coming time.
