BBK - On the morning of June 9, Steering Committee 35 of Bac Kan province held a professional training conference in 2025. At the Conference, members of Steering Committee 35, the Provincial Secretariat, Steering Committee 35 of districts, city Party Committees, and affiliated Party Committees; the Provincial Youth Union, the Provincial Labor Federation, and the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee were informed by the Central-level reporter about the topic: Identifying and handling bad and toxic information and refuting false and hostile views on social networks; The application of information technology and artificial intelligence in the work of grasping public opinion and propaganda work on cyberspace.

The topic conveyed at the Conference is a handbook for members of Steering Committee 35 and the Secretariat to help apply it to practice in the fight against the wrong views of hostile forces and protect the Party's ideological foundation.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Pham Duy Hung stated that the training course aimed to improve the skills and expertise of Steering Committee 35 at all levels, especially the core collaborators in the Steering Committee 35 system in the whole province, to unify the work of fighting, refuting, and effectively preventing bad and toxic information, wrong and hostile views on the media, especially on cyberspace. In particular, the application of information technology and artificial intelligence in the work of grasping public opinion and propaganda work on cyberspace is extremely necessary.

Delegates need to focus on monitoring, actively exchanging and discussing so that immediately after the Conference they can apply it to practice to fight against the wrong views of hostile forces, protecting the Party's foundation and ideology in the current period./.
