Training on Operational Operating System

On the morning of August 29, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee organized a training conference on the Operational Management System for 200 officials of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to raise awareness of provincial-level Vietnam Fatherland Front officials and civil servants on digital transformation and the use of the operational management system, ensuring unity, synchronization, and connectivity throughout the entire Vietnam Fatherland Front system from the province to the grassroots level, in accordance with the two-level local government organization model.

At the training session, officers and experts of the Digital Transformation and Cryptography Department - Provincial Party Committee Office conveyed and guided the basic contents of the Operational Management System; document and work file management system, reporting information system, online meeting system; basic contents of the inter-connected operational management document account using the Operational Management System software; basic skills to exploit and use the operational management system of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Tho province and information technology applications, ensuring network security and information security in performing political tasks of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels.

Through the training session, the basic knowledge and skills on connecting the wide area information network of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province through a modern, synchronous specialized data transmission network to deploy information systems and professional software with high performance, allowing for effective processing and analysis of big data, connecting the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the provincial and communal levels and with party agencies and state agencies; controlled Internet connection. Innovating the management, direction and operation methods of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at all levels to optimize costs, save time, improve work efficiency, contribute to improving the quality of activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new period.
