Muong Thanh Group commits to speed up the progress of projects in Tam Hung commune

The Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Tam Hung commune recently had a working session with Muong Thanh Group to listen to reports on the situation and progress of urban projects in the area.

Speaking at the meeting, Secretary of the Tam Hung Commune Party Committee Bui Van Sang emphasized that Tam Hung Commune is focusing on zoning and regional planning, aiming to form smart urban areas along important traffic axes, creating momentum for trade and service development. A number of major projects have been oriented, including: Urban area west of Ring Road 4 (nearly 1,000 hectares), My Hung urban area (about 200 hectares), along with key projects such as the headquarters of the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency, T16 Detention Center, Interrogation Center and People's Security Academy.

Tam Hung Commune also proactively coordinates and joins hands with large corporations such as Vingroup and Ecopark to implement key projects, contributing to changing the face of the countryside, creating an important premise for urban development in the coming period.

Chairman of Tam Hung Commune People's Committee Bui Dinh Thai requested Muong Thanh Group to speed up the progress of projects, especially My Hung Urban Area which started in 2008 but is still delayed. The local government and people always support and are ready to create favorable conditions for the enterprise to implement and put the project into operation soon, contributing to completing the urban criteria of the commune.

At the meeting, representatives of units, departments and professional offices of Tam Hung commune expressed their hope that Muong Thanh Group would soon remove difficulties and speed up the implementation progress, because this is not only an immediate requirement, but also an important goal identified in the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress. The early completion of Tam Hung's urban criteria will contribute to changing the local appearance, improving people's lives and affirming the political determination of the entire political system in the new development stage.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of Muong Thanh Group Le Thanh Than respectfully acknowledged the attention and support of the Party Committee and the government of Tam Hung commune and pledged to focus resources, remove difficulties, and speed up the progress of projects. Mr. Le Thanh Than affirmed that Muong Thanh Group wishes to accompany the government and people for a long time in building civilized and modern urban areas, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the locality.

The 182-hectare My Hung urban area is the land fund to pay for the southern axis road project of the old Ha Tay province, part of the Thanh Ha urban area project. However, due to insufficient financial resources and many difficulties during the real estate freeze, this project was abandoned for many years. In 2016, Muong Thanh Group bought the project for about 3,500 billion VND. After completion, My Hung urban area is expected to be the largest urban area in Vietnam.

With the joint efforts and commitment from both sides, urban projects in Tam Hung are expected to be implemented soon, creating a breakthrough in the process of building the commune into a modern and civilized urban area.
