Over the past 80 years, our country's agriculture has overcome the self-sufficiency stage to become a pillar of the economy . Vietnamese rice, coffee, dragon fruit, shrimp and fish are present in hundreds of countries, bringing in tens of billions of dollars each year.

Associate Professor - Doctor Bui Ba Bong, Chairman of the Vietnam Rice Industry Association, emphasized that this is a great achievement thanks to the creativity of farmers and the food security policy. High technology promotes agricultural modernization
In the development journey of rice in particular and agricultural products in general, science and technology are always the foundation. In Ho Chi Minh City, the birth of the High-Tech Agricultural Zone more than 20 years ago has become an important milestone.
Mr. Pham Dinh Dung - Head of the Management Board of the Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Agricultural Park said: "We deploy many techniques such as weather management, pest forecasting, traceability, automatic irrigation sensors. These applications help reduce costs, increase productivity and gradually change traditional farming methods."

New challenges and aspirations
