HNP - On the morning of August 22, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dinh Cong ward held a launching ceremony for the movement "Digital literacy for all and the national emulation movement for innovation and digital transformation" for the period 2025-2030.

The People's Committee of Dinh Cong Ward has issued plans on "Digital literacy", "Emulation movement for innovation and digital transformation", which set out the following goals: Bringing innovation and digital transformation into self-awareness, habits and culture in each cadre, party member and citizen; by 2026, 100% of adults will have basic digital knowledge; 100% of students will be equipped with digital skills to serve their study and research; building pioneering models of "Each citizen - a digital identity", "Digital family", "Digital neighborhood group", "Digital market", "Youth volunteers to popularize digital skills"...
