Comrade Nguyen Van Duoc - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee said: "The city has prepared a land fund of about 10 hectares located right in the center of the Thu Thiem Urban Area, which is extremely modern, worthy of the position and status of the International Financial Center. And in the immediate future, building No. 8, Nguyen Hue Street will be chosen as the headquarters of the International Financial Center for about 2 years to build the International Financial Center in the center of the Thu Thiem Urban Area. Regarding human resources, Ho Chi Minh City has also completed the apparatus of 4 departments and is recruiting more experts in finance and securities".
