The Department of Construction requires construction and supervision units of repair works on roads and inland waterways to move people to safety; gather machinery and equipment in convenient places, not obstructing traffic, to be ready to respond in case of traffic jams.

Inspect and be responsible for traffic safety on projects that are both under construction and in operation such as National Highway 14B, National Highway 14E, National Highway 40B, DT601, DT602, DT609 or DT619; mobilize vehicles, equipment and human resources to ensure smooth and safe traffic.
