The film “Rising Dawn” consists of 7 episodes with a duration of 45 minutes each. The film will start airing on QTV1 from 8:50 pm today (November 27) and on QTV3 from 11:00 am tomorrow (November 28). The film is set at a number of coal mining companies and especially famous scenic spots and tourist areas of Quang Ninh province, stretching from Dong Trieu to Mong Cai.

Through the film, the audience can admire a Quang Ninh with beautiful nature and prosperous life. Along with that, there are the most realistic and vivid images of the development of the coal industry, the working conditions and enjoyment of the fruits of labor of miners; the excitement and class of Quang Ninh tourism and some other economic sectors.

The film also introduces to the public the rich cultural identity of ethnic minorities in Quang Ninh province in general and Binh Lieu district in particular, such as: customs, unique cuisine, Soong Co festival, football matches of San Chi ethnic girls, or Then melodies and Tinh lute - indispensable spiritual food and the soul in the cultural and religious life of the Tay ethnic people in this land.

At the film premiere, Comrade Mai Vu Tuan, Director - Editor-in-Chief of the Provincial Media Center emphasized: After more than 9 months of rushing to produce the film from coming up with ideas, implementing plans, implementation methods and post-production, with the support of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches, units, localities of the province and the efforts of the production team, the film "Rising Dawn" has been completed and is ready to be released to the public. The film has promoted the image of Quang Ninh with all 6 characteristics: beautiful nature, unique culture, civilized society, transparent administration, developed economy, happy people.

In particular, for the Quang Ninh Provincial Media Center, the film is not only a media product celebrating the 60th anniversary of the province's founding, but also a product marking its maturity after 5 years of establishment, a new attempt in the field of television film making. After the film "Rising Dawn", the Quang Ninh Provincial Media Center hopes to have the opportunity to carry out new film projects and continue to receive the collaboration of artists, the support of the province, related departments and branches, and especially the companionship of the audience.

At the program, the audience had the opportunity to interact and listen to the directors, screenwriters, cameramen, actors, etc. share their memories, emotions, and interesting stories during the film production process in Quang Ninh.
