On the morning of June 8, in Tien Yen district ( Quang Ninh ), Tan Dai Duong International Import Export Joint Stock Company started the Yen Than Industrial Cluster project.
The industrial cluster is planned with an area of 48.73 hectares, with a total investment of over 600 billion VND, aiming to build synchronous technical infrastructure to serve the relocation of small-scale industrial establishments and attract industrial production establishments, small-scale industrial establishments, logistics, agricultural and forestry product processing establishments, etc.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tan Dai Duong International Import Export Joint Stock Company, the Project Investor, said: The Company will focus on simultaneously implementing many bidding packages and many construction phases, speeding up the progress to ensure the construction time of the Project, attracting investment and soon handing over the site to Investors.
The Industrial Cluster has synchronous and modern technical infrastructure, ensuring functional tasks to serve effective production and respect environmental protection.
“The Yen Than Industrial Park, once operational, will attract new businesses and production and business establishments to invest, contributing to promoting local socio -economic development, creating jobs and increasing income for workers.
At the same time, we will receive modern technology transfer, advanced management methods, and restructure towards modernity, rationality and efficiency, increase the supply of goods and services to meet domestic and export needs; contribute to improving the competitiveness and position of Quang Ninh province in general and Tien Yen district in particular ," Mr. Thanh affirmed.
Currently, Tien Yen district has an industrial park (IP) called Tien Yen IP with a scale of 100 hectares by 2030 and 350 hectares by 2040. This IP is oriented to attract clean industries such as electronics, refrigeration, construction materials, consumer goods production, wood production and interior decoration, and agricultural, forestry and seafood processing.
Therefore, the addition of Yen Than Industrial Cluster with its favorable location is expected to become an ideal destination for investors, focusing on developing industrial production, processing and manufacturing, and connecting key economic regions.
