Quang Nam participates in promoting tourism in Taiwan

The program aims to promote the brand “Amazing Central Vietnam Heritage” of 5 provinces and cities including Quang Nam, Da Nang, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Tri and Quang Binh . At the same time, introduce information, images, destinations, tourism products and services of the 5 localities to tourism units, businesses, people, tourists and partners in Taiwan.

According to Mr. Phan Van Tu - Director of Quang Nam Tourism Information and Promotion Center, this is considered an opportunity for tourism businesses of 5 provinces and cities to meet, exchange, introduce, and sell tourism products and services towards signing cooperation agreements and expanding the market. In particular, introducing destinations, updating information, new tourism products, especially tourism stimulus programs, events, and festivals in 2024 and 2025 in the Taiwanese market.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, Taiwanese tourists to Quang Nam have been growing steadily. Statistics from the first quarter of 2024 show that the Taiwanese tourist market has risen to second place after South Korea in the total structure of international visitors to Quang Nam with nearly 73,000 visitors and stays.
