Terraced fields in Pu Luong during the flooding season

The best time to travel to Pu Luong Thanh Hoa is from May to October. Late May and early June is when Pu Luong puts on a new coat of "gentle green" when entering the new rice crop. During the flooding season in late June and early July, the terraced fields shimmer under the gentle sunlight. In September and October, Pu Luong enters the golden season when the rice is ripe and heavy with grain. All senses are awakened, the golden color blends with the aroma of new rice, bringing a sense of peace.

The market is held exactly 2 mornings on Thursday and Sunday every week, selling all kinds of goods from traditional to modern.
