Khanh Hoa strives for double-digit economic growth in the 2025

The Resolution clearly defines the guiding viewpoint: Arouse and strongly promote revolutionary traditions, take advantage of new development space, exploit all potentials and outstanding opportunities, optimize the efficiency of resource use, and create momentum for development. Develop quickly, sustainably, and comprehensively, taking economy - culture - society and environment as pillars; strongly promote the spirit of innovation, dare to think, dare to do, dare to break through; clear three bottlenecks: Strategic infrastructure, quality of human resources and backlog projects.

The Resolution sets the goal that by 2030, Khanh Hoa province will soon become a centrally-run city - a high growth pole of the country; the people will have a high standard of living, be peaceful and happy; annual growth will continuously reach double digits, including: GRDP growth, budget revenue, per capita income... The province is among the 10 provinces and cities with the highest domestic budget revenue; highest per capita income; among the 10 leading provinces and cities in terms of provincial competitiveness index (PCI), administrative reform index (PAR INDEX), people's satisfaction index (SIPAS), local innovation index (PII) and digital transformation assessment index (DTI). The digital economy contributes 35% of the province's GRDP.

To achieve the above goals, the province will focus on developing four pillars of economic growth: Industry; energy; tourism, services; urban areas, construction with specific goals for each field. At the same time, focus on breakthroughs in science, technology and digital transformation; innovation, improving the quality and efficiency of public investment. Along with that, clear 3 bottlenecks and bottlenecks: Complete synchronous strategic infrastructure (digital infrastructure, traffic infrastructure and industrial park development infrastructure); improve the quality of human resources, especially high-quality human resources, to meet development requirements; focus on accelerating the progress of handling and removing projects and works that are behind schedule, have been backlogged for a long time, are ineffective, causing great loss and waste.
