According to the province's assessment, in recent times, the tax authority has synchronously deployed the electronic invoice system, especially electronic invoices generated from cash registers. However, there are still cases where businesses, stores, and retail households have not fully complied with regulations on the use of electronic invoices generated from cash registers. In addition, the habit of paying without cash and getting invoices when purchasing goods and services of consumers is still not popular.

Faced with this situation, the Provincial People's Committee requests departments, branches, agencies, units and communes and wards to increase sharing of data related to the management of business households and individuals with tax authorities to monitor the actual business situation, contributing to creating an equal and healthy business environment; strictly handle cases of violations of tax laws; closely coordinate with tax authorities to strengthen propaganda, inspection, supervision and management of the use of electronic invoices, especially electronic invoices generated from cash registers; review, identify and classify business establishments subject to the application of electronic invoices generated from cash registers, focusing on the areas of direct retail to consumers, thereby having solutions to promote taxpayers to switch to applying electronic invoices generated from cash registers.
The Departments of Industry and Trade and Science and Technology direct petroleum trading and retail enterprises in the province to strictly comply with the provisions of law on petroleum trading and invoices and documents; strictly implement the issuance of electronic invoices for petroleum trading and retail activities; promote the development of digital economy , digital platforms, conduct propaganda, dissemination, training, and promote digital transformation of enterprises, new business models applying digital technology, digital skills, and digital connections; organize extensive dissemination and propaganda to mobilize people, enterprises, households, and business individuals to grasp the Party's policies and the State's laws and policies on eliminating lump-sum taxes for business households and widely using electronic invoices generated from cash registers, contributing to promoting the development of the private economy and making the market transparent; encourage civilized consumers to use electronic invoices when purchasing goods and services.
Dak Lak Provincial Tax Department reviews and synthesizes cases of business establishments, especially households and individuals who are required to implement electronic invoices generated from cash registers but have not yet converted due to not meeting the requirements for information technology infrastructure to report and propose to the Provincial People's Committee to have timely support solutions for information technology infrastructure, initial installation costs, creating maximum favorable conditions for business establishments to promptly implement regulations on the use of electronic invoices generated from cash registers.
